Processing

Add half of the desired filler to the A component and the other half to the B component. Pour the components together and mix well again. Pour the mixed product into the mold with a constant jet, being careful not to entrap any air. Excessive heat development in castings of more than 30 mm thickness can be prevented by pouring several successive layers (allow the layer to set before pouring the next one). Wait until the indicated time has elapsed before demoulding. The thermal and mechanical properties will develop quickly, but it is possible to improve the thermal behavior by “post-baking” the casting at a temperature of 60°C for a few hours.

Safety requirements

The products are generally relatively harmless to use provided that the usual precautions are taken when processing chemical products. For example, both components may not come into contact with food or eating utensils. Contact with the skin of one or both components should be avoided as people with sensitive skin will react to this.
