Capability Green is a warm, natural green inspired by the beauty of the English landscape. Use it to bring the soothing qualities of the outside in.
The name is a nod to the lush gardens of 18th-century English landscaper Lancelot 'Capability' Brown, who remains the most celebrated English gardener to this day. His greatest works merged the rolling landscape of untamed country parks with flower gardens and ha-ha walls.
A color that is soft and soothing to the eye. Capability Green works well with most other colors in the palette, but especially well as a neutral base alongside blue, pink and yellow.
Capability Green has been specially developed with Annie Sloan's friends at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) to celebrate the great English outdoors.
