Polyvine Extreme Gloss Interior Varnish is an ultra-hard, water-based polyurethane varnish specially developed for heavily used interior surfaces. Thanks to advanced cross-linking technology, it creates an exceptionally strong protective layer that is resistant to water, stains, heat, wear, and many household chemicals. The varnish dries crystal clear and protects without obscuring the natural appearance of the material. Available in Extra Matt and Satin.
Applications:
- Suitable for wooden furniture, tables, worktops, doors, wall panelling, kitchen cabinets, and other heavily used interior surfaces.
- Ideal for homes, hospitality venues, shops, hotels, and other spaces where durable protection is desired.
- Also suitable for certain porous interior surfaces such as concrete, slate, and natural stone after preliminary testing.
Directions for use:
- Preparation: Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, wax, oil, and other contaminants.
- Mixing: Mix thoroughly before use. Do not shake to prevent air bubbles.
- Application: Apply with a synthetic brush, roller, or spray equipment in thin, even coats.
- Recommended coats: Apply 2 to 3 thin coats. On highly porous substrates, the first coat can be diluted with water by up to 10%.
- Drying time: Dust dry after approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Can be recoated after approximately 1 to 2 hours. Fully cured after approximately 16 hours.
